Alejandro Perez-Villanueva (Ale Manic) is a Mexican-American visual artist, designer, photographer, filmer, writer, and a skateboarder in Portland, Oregon. At a young age, he was always fascinated by public art, graffiti, and films. In addition to being a shadowy figure of unsafe urges, he is a romantic who enjoys to climb bridges, captivate ethereal beings, and traverse constructed paradises in pursuit of his optimized visual perception. He considers visual art to be an expression of life. He strives to push the limits of both traditional and digital communication through taking risks, as a known provocateur, and all-around storyteller. Alejandro is currently studying for a BFA in Graphic Design at Portland State University.
